New customer - WiFi dropped out already
Hi, my WiFi connection with you started today and it's already dropped out. I've run the check on your app and it's saying everything is fine but the lights for 'internet' and 'voice' are both orange and none of my devices are connected to the WiFi anymore. I've tried resetting the hub and turning it off and on again but neither have worked.

@MelL25 thhe orange lights indicate the hub is not connected to the exchange if the connection is still down this morning call Sky so they can get this fixed.
