New connection

I've tried to communicate with Sky but have only got AI - very frustrating! We want to connect another hub into our annex but don't know who to contact (as Sky is inaccessible for this option).  Any ideas?

ISPs don't do domestic networking other than very limited support for WiFi.  Your choices are to research this as a DIY job or employ someone who knows about such things (but preferably not an electrician unless they have a proven track record in TCP/IP as well as volts, amps and ohms)

@Sue293 Not sure why or what you wish to do but there are a few options, and the TWO hubs is not one that goes very well as connected devices unless you are aware off what you are doing!
