New client order

Good Afternoon everyone! I have just placed an order for a new broadband package, however when I get into "my orders" section it keeps telling me to get in touch with Sky in order to get updates?

is this normal?

This might have happened if you have only just placed the order as sometimes the online system can take a little while for new orders to show.
