New build setup

Received all my parcels and setting up today (16th) on day of activation but just keep getting a red light on the WiFi box. it starts yellow\white and then goes red. When trying to connect to the WiFi it shows there is an issue but all the help instructions are linked to phone line and changing the cables but I don't have that?

@KA082 Cannot see the ONT lights, check that the one marked LAN is lit green, should be three lights, Power and Pon both solid Green, the lan lit green when connected to the sky Hub and flashes as data is sent back and forth between so the light intensity varies on it!

@KA082 activation can happen anytime up until midnight the information text often comes some hours before an engineer kmakes the connection
