I have a new sky broadband but I don't how to installed,so please send some engineer to visit my house to set up the sky broadband

That cannot be booked by posting here, and most broadband is intended to be self-install anyway.  

 

Do you know which type of broadband you have ordered, and is there either a master telephone socket or an Optical Network Terminal at the address?
