How to cancel an open reach engineer

Hi

I am trying to cancel an appointment with an open reach engineer that I have booked to upgrade us to Sky fibre. I don't want to move the appointment I want to cancel the upgrade as I've decided to move house. 
I've tried calling Sky many times and on the one occasion I actually managed to speak to a human I was transferred to another department who, after being on hold for over 30 minutes disconnected the call. 
There is no online option to cancel , the only advice I get is to call them - believe me I have tried!!!

@SueM2018 It's the same advice again, you just have to call them, there is no other way to do it!

Thanks for the reply I've actually managed to do it - all I did was reply to the Openreach booking  text message 'cancel' and it worked!!

sky tell you to call them but that's incorrect!

@SueM2018 Would suggest that you have only cancelled that visit for the scheduled appointment, nothing else!
