New broadband set up not worked

Hello, We setxup our sky broadband last week and at the start it was working fine (although it did not reach round the entire property and it is a small 2 bed flat). Since yesterday, the wifi has not worked at all and it does not appear in any devices available wifi list.

@Beccaalston  Has the colour of the lights on the hub changed at all when this happened?
