New broadband offer
My new broadband was being put on the 15 th sept rang sky told I woul be away in turkey they said don't worry just had a email come through saying it's going to be cancelled as not done it with a fee I have to pay . But I called thrm to explain I would be away but sky couldn't change the activation date clearly I am worrying as not back till the 20th sept!!!!

@Brooky1969 Just deal with it all when you get back, something has went wrong between your call and the CS Rep, and as you were told if correct that it could not be changed then you would have had to make arrangements or cancel!
