New broadband issues

We've joined sky broadband today with Sky Max however we're having issues. It won't connect to our main Samsung tv despite doing all the troubleshoots etc but will connect to other devices so we know it's working. Also we're guaranteed 400 mega fast connection speed but when we test it on the PlayStation it says it's only at 25.6 mbps. 

 

Please help otherwise we're cancelling as the service doesn't meet our needs.

You are 'guaranteed' that speed is delivered over optical cable as far as the Sky Hub.  What any particular device is receiving over WiFi is entirely different and not covered by that guarantee at all.

 

Please help otherwise we're cancelling as the service doesn't meet our needs. 

 

Unilaterally cancelling within a minimum term would render you liable for substantial penalty fees.
