Just got my sky hub activated this morning but i have no green light on internet just power and wifi. I tried to set my phone up for wifi but i just got the symbol with the explanation mark.
I have went on the sky site and it tells me everything is ok but what is worrying is that it's telling me i have 8 connections on my wifi and that i have used 1/9gb data (i am not home at the moment). I have phoned customer support but got through to someone who sounded stoned/dumb and i dont think they understood my problem so no help.
any idea what to do?
