Hi, just signed up to new broadband deal and told I would be moving to upgraded sky super fast.
I already have super fast router and been sent new cables.
do I need ont? For fibre optic to the house?
Who arranges that as I was not advised of anything I would need to do further.
also been sent returns box but have nothing to return(says mini boxes to return but my tv package unchanged)
