New account activation

engineer visited yesterday for first installation,  but account is not activated yet, have been told there is some issues with BT. How and when subscription be activated

Thanks @Chrisee I don't know what esacalton means but nothing had moved and  it's really frustrating that connection is not sorted yet. My connection was suppose to get line on 22nd and todays is 25th. Sorry to say I am anew customer and entire onboarding experience is pathetic.

It's really frustrating as sky commited engineer will do installation on 22nd nov, I had to wait for 2 weeks for that . Then on the day engineer came for installation, he didn't finish it. Now I have been waiting for more than 3 days for activation .. there is no communication on what next, don't know whom to contact . Really sad state of affairs. can someone pls help me to connect with senior stakeholders in sky .
