New WiFi won’t work

Trying to set my new WiFi 

got told to connect it on Friday 14th which I did but didn't work so had to wait for sky to come out Monday to tell me that open reach needs to come out on Wednesday he said he's sorted it but the hub needs setting up and I've tried setting it up but nothing happening. 
I have been without WiFi since Thursday I work from so I haven't been able to work since Thursday. And it is getting absolutely ridiculous

Have you called Sky for an update to see if Openreach have done whatever they needed to do ?
