New WiFi password not accepted

I've set up a new broadband router. I have a code to scan which auto joins the WiFi no password needed. I cannot do this on tv's and have input the new password exactly as it appears on the WiFi card. But it will not accept and says it is incorrect

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
