New WiFi hub installed. Worse than ever

We had a new WiFi hub installed with fibre broadband on Tuesday. We were promised that this would make internet speed faster. We were also sent a booster. The booster is faulty and we are being sent a new one. 
the WiFi now continually drops and is interrupted. It's worse than ever, 

I'm incredibly annoyed. We are now paying for a service that just doesn't work.

@HH25 if you are buying the WiFi Max psckage call Sky report the issue and they should send an engineer out who can authorise another two pods.
