New WiFi Max Router
Hi all.
I've just upgraded to Gigafast from UltraFast and was wondering if Sky automatically send you the Max Router...???
The Adviser did mention something about the Max router to help with speed but didn't say anything about sending one.
I only ask because my WiFi is being a bit intermittent and I wondered if the old router can cope with the new speed.
Many Thanks

Re: New WiFi Max Router
I believe the Max Hub is now the default hardware for new Ultrafast (FTTP) provisioning but not necessarily provided during an upgrade in Ultrafast speed band.
