2 different SKY engineers (on visits where I had to take the day off work) 17/09 & 07/10 have told me the same thing - BT OpenReach have plugged the SASSA into port 1 but it needs to be in port 2.
BT need to climb the relevant pole & correct & then it will work.
DCOE raised an N11.
This has been going on since I agreed to switch on 30/07.
Sky tech team useless as keep blaming OpenReach & not resolving issue. I'm now told one to wait fir an update on 15/10 & will need another appt BUT I've already taken 3 days off work.
15yr customer & ready to quit SKY.
somebody MUST be able to resolve?!
