New Sky customer connectivity issues

Have just recently joined Sky from Talk Talk ! Saved some money and speeds seem better. Having a couple of issues that are becoming very frustrating in the household.
1- Blink Camera.  I have a full blink system around the home( doorbell, several cameras) the sync module keeps disconnecting for the WiFi which requires a reboot every time. You don't always realise it's gone off which is very annoying and is leaving many hours of the property's camera being off which defeats the object of having them. I was with Talk talk for 4 yrs and I don't think I had to reboot more than 2/3 times total. It's currently happening 2/3 times a week !!!!
2- Samsung series 5 TV - I have a Samsung smart tv in the bedroom that has been pretty made useless since joining sky - it just won't connect - I have followed other posts - changed security to wpa2 to connect ( which worked) then reverted to highest security level and it disconnects. It will also connect by WPS but that only works until you turn it off and then you have to repeat again.

I was having issues with talk talks speeds etc but never had these connectivity issues and starting to question my descision to join Sky......

help restore some faith please !!!

@MJS4

If the television doesn't support WPA3 then that's fundamentally a Samsung problem, not the remit of an ISP.

@MJS4 you are unfortunatecto have two issues with the new hub. The default WFi security standard of WPA3-T (t is for transitional) was designed by the international WiFi alliancecto allow older devices which support WPA2 to connect while allowing true WPA3 devices to  get the greater protection. Most devices connect happily but older Samsung TVs dont so you will have to marginally downgrade the security to WPA2 until Samsung update their firmware.

The Blink Sync issue is known and also requires a firmware upgrade from Blink so contact their support. Whenever new standards are introduced there are the odd issue which needs fixing. Sky are one of the few ISPs to use the new standard.
