New Sky Max Pod is connected to hub but not boosting signal and it is getting hot
I had a Sky Max Pod delivered last week. I connected it to the Hub but it hasn't boosed the signal at all. It is also hot to touch. I have phoned customer services and just keep being put through to someone trying to sell me a phone

Re: New Sky Max Pod is connected to hub but not boosting signal and it is getting hot
@RAH1 to improve the signal the pod needs to be plugged in where it is getting a strong signal from the hub. Therefore check it is no more than halfway beteen where the hub is and where you need the boost. The units require 24 hours to optimise the signal if you still are not getting a boost you require then call Sky as they need to arrange for a broadband engineer to visit.
Sky's phone system is a bit chaotic as there was a major outage at theend of last week but use the number at the bottom of this help page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
