New Hub 4.2

Had an email regarding a replacement router as current one will not update after December 2025. As I am out of the UK until mid April I checked out link and said I needed to sign for package one week later, consequently I did not order as nobody home.  Yesterday I tried to follow link and all it does is take me to Sky homepage no sign of how to order router. Can anyone help me with a link or email to Customer Service to check how I can get the new router in a few weeks?

I think you'll need to callSky when you return to the UK. Dial 150 from your landline

There has been a few reports of this link not working so all you can do is to call Sky to get them to place the order for you.
