Newly installed full fibre into my premises by open reach engineer, not happy re the attachment into

Not done sensibly & without offering any choice ?the position or where it needed to be attached

If you have an issue with your installation you'd be better off contacting Sky directly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
