New HUB not connected

Hello. My new HUB has arrived but I cannot connect any devices to it. I've followed the on line self help process but still not working

This isnt a live chat service with Sky, its a public forum when you are speaking to other customers and replies are not instant.

 

Is your hub connected up and showing a green or white light?
