New Customer - WiFi Intermittent

New customer. Wi-Fi connection consistent on full bars, but loose access to the internet on my laptop intermittently. This is impacting my ability to work.

 

Please advise.

Does this happen if you are in the same room as to where your broadband hub is located and does it happen on any other devices ?
