I am due to have an Openreach engineer to come out tomorrow. I am still yet to have my sky hub will this be an issue as it says that they're coming to install & set up. I am new customer, I've been trying to ages to find a customer contact number but am still yet to find one online.

Openreach dont need your hub to complete the install, however you'll need it to use the service after. What date does the order tracking show in the My Sky app for you?

So I've had a text yesterday now from openreach to say they are scheduling a visit for 17th Jan but then the app is saying a visit today!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUsually the hub is dispatched a few days before the activation date so if Openreach are saying the 17th Jan you would expect the hub to leave the depot today or tomorrow.
