I hope somebody here can give me some advice, please.
Since moving to Sky broadband from Virgin Media in July last year, I have encountered various ongoing issues with my Sky WiFi. Sky customer services have sent me from pillar to post. The latest Sky agent told me not to expect this to be fixed and to just accept that there will always be problems. I’m not happy. I run my business from home, and this is having a big impact on my work.
Here are my issues:
1) E-mail content often doesn’t load, and I have to switch over to my 4G mobile network to load them properly. I have done this since July 2023.
2) Video calls freeze intermittently, again since July 2023.
3) Since yesterday, I have been unable to receive or send emails when connected to SKY WiFi from my website’s server. To receive and send e-mails, I have to switch to my mobile 4G on my iPhone. I also can’t log onto my website’s webmail to access my email as it times out when connected to SKY WiFi. It works when I connect to my mobile 4G so the issue lies with Sky. I have whitelisted my website host’s website in the Sky Shield, and Sky is still not allowing access to the server. I spoke to a Sky agent yesterday who told me to change the host of my website. This is unacceptable.
4) Since yesterday, I have not been able to connect to WhatsApp via Sky WiFi, and some websites won’t load. Again, once I switch to mobile 4G everything works fine.
I would love to get some advice here. I hope somebody can help. Thanks!

Thanks for commenting, @Mellymoo15 . It's much appreciated. Sky couldn't fix my issues, so I have cancelled my contract. I hope you have better luck.

Thanks for trying to help, @Skyfreak 🙏 Unfortunately, the Sky Shield settings didn't make any difference.
I have now cancelled my contract with Sky. They said that they could not fix my issues.
