New. Broadband

Had new broadband fitted yesterday and all went well I changed my new password on phone and I pad but will not let me change on tv it's saying password wrong which I know it isn't I have changed it on other devices also I've unplugged everything and tried that but still not working

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
