New Broadband insalled today
It's been quiet a journey in the last 24h im not impressed with sky at all so my old Internet was working fine but it was to be upgraded to the 150mbps no issues with getting that but I got the WiFi the Internet the power all cables are secure nothing is loose I have checked multiple times the only light that's not working is the voice me and my partner don't even use that feature but without it no WiFi and since it's not working we have no WiFi which is terrible because my family don't live in the uk I'm from the channel islands openreach said everything looks good sky claim the same and I'm literally seeing that it's not I even explained the full situation and all I got told on the phone multiple times are you sure that your not understanding it properly etc I have eyes I'm raging being spoken too like that I was also told my old Internet wouldn't be disconnected until the sky engineer comes in 72h or whatever with the new router even though it's not the router as it was fine before the voice light it was orange and no matter what I tried nothing worked so I tried the reset for 10s and now 3 of the 4 lights are on power Internet wifi voice is a faint green pretty sure it's off and it's the other lights reflecting inside but I don't know for sure but I try to do this mysky app diagnostics and all that and it just tells me my WiFi and broadband are working which they aren't it's infuriating me because I tried Multiple times today on phone and app even the Ai bot is not useful to me I tried explaing I wanted to talk to a agent it said I will put you through to a human but then asked me to select the issue which I did but no answer as to I'm in que or waiting or anything on top of everything my dad in hospital I'm annoyed at another fact sky people came to my door to offer me this new sky deal which I said great how much am I paying a month they said it'll be £27 I said fantastic I currently am paying £43 on the phone however they started they got get it down to £29 so I was lied too which I'm not impressed about I've been seeing many offers as well about the 150mbps 300 500 etc
