New Box Installation - WiFi not recognised

I have plugged in both the power and telephone/internet cable into the relevant sockets and I do not have any WiFi. There is power to the box as the power light is green but I when I go to configure my WiFi the connection does not appear to be working.

I have connected the Grey cable into the relevant telephone socket and into the relevant purple connection port in the WiFi/Sky box and nothing is working.

Can anyone advise?

@Jack233 You have the correct activation date from sky, and have they also sent you a text that the system is now active?

Re: New Box Installation - WiFi not recognised

I am also trying to set up a new broadband account today. The box is plugged in and all 4 lights are green. I've received a text to say my account is active and my phone has found the network.

When I enter the password, however, it says password not recognised. I have tried on different devices, I've scanned the password but nothing works.

Any ideas?

@discostew Password is marked on the back off the black SR203 hub label that you have!

Problem solved - my genius wife realised it was a capital I, not a lower case l in the password!
