Just had new broadband set up because of issues with old set up ,has went from bad to worse .My son is unable to play ps5 online because connection is going and going ,download speed according to the ps5 earlier after doing internet speed test on ps5 was 73 now it's dropped down to 18!
My son is unable to play games very disappointed with customer service so far ,and the lack there of .
My son has a booster in his room the light has came on and off since it was put in ,can anyone please help ?My son is very disappointed
