New 500 Speed Router Sky Max Hub 6 Issues

Over 2 weeks ago I purchased the upgrade to 500 speed and the new Sky Hub Max 6.  I installed it in the exact spot as the last Hub (which worked perfectly fine) but this new one keeps dropping out every 20 mins to an hour or so.  I did all the fixes listed by sky and nothing helped. I contacted Sky on the chat and it was apparently upgrade as an issue for an engineer to sort out.  Nothing has happened so i am glad i hadnt yet returned my old Hub as i have reinstalled that as working from home was becoming difficult.  Although my speed has now dropped back to 200.  Now when i log in to My Sky at any time of the day i cannot access the chat (Too busy) but instead have to wait for hours on the phone for an answer.  Feels a bit deliberate!!!  and still no fix.

@ChrisnSue1 What part off the speed has dropped back, the SR203 previous black hub is capable off the 500Mb/s speed on your wireless wi-fi signal unless you are getting flooded, do you perhaps heve sky Q connected?

It was every device lost all connection at the same time.  Sky have been back on to me and are sending out an extender which has to be sited near to the Hub???? Seems there is a problem with the new Sky Max Hubs.

@ChrisnSue1 All that aside, the sky Max is a wi-fi 6 hub, have you managed to analyse the 5Ghz channel use, the jump from wi-fi 5 to 6 is complicated, but it was your statement for the 200Mb/s. There are a few problems with the hub, but was sure you had said you took care of most settings wise, but will go re-read!

The fixes you applied can you say what you did, if not does not matter but do let the Forum know what and how the POD does when you install it.
