Never received voucher

I signed up to sky broadband September 25 and was told

i I would get a €100 voucher towards a holiday once I stayed for 12 months and I've never received any thing from them

How/where did you sign up, was it through Sky (Ireland) or a comparison site?

You'll need to chase this up with Sky Ireland if the 12 month period has now passed. Remember the Sky Ireland Customer Services lines are closed over the weekend.
