Never received my hub.. postman put it in the bin on bin day,now I need to pay to get a replacement

My sky max hub was delivered by the postman but the delivery card states in my r grey bin, it was grey bin collection day so when I saw the card, the bin had been emptied. Is there a quick way to order a new one, I tried Friday and spent so long on the phone trying to speak to someone online and over the phone but when I finally got through they said I needed to pay. I've given up on Royal Mail coming back to me so I need to order one asap and take the hit for the cost... any ideas of the cost and if I can do this simple online without the nightmare of bots or being on hold

Realistically Sky won't have any mechanism for doing that online, and I suspect there's now no time for delivery this side of them effectively closing for Christmas anyway.  I guess you might be able to source something compatible elsewhere, unfortunately at your own cost.
