Network

Network connection problem connecting on network setup then press wps to complete connection just comes up with unable to connect any ideas please

@Graham80 both the hub and the device has to be in wps search mode at the sametime and be in range for the connection to work and will sometimes take a few attempts.

 

. On devices that are being difficult check if they accept text input either directly or via an app so can be connected by entering the wifi passcode. Also some devices especially smart plugs and bulbs have issues connecting to Sky's dualband SSIDs in which case split the bands.

 

Resetting devices is required where they are not accepting the new network details.
