Network trojan
Apparently I have a network trojan. I bought new laptop and have been setting it up. Tried to download macafee livesafe and it wouldn't let me. So got in touch with them and they downloaded a remote access tool. Searched through my computer and said it was all clear however there was something wrong on the network. He said he found a trojan on there and that they had tried to access my account 223. Not sure what I need to do or how to get rid. Someone please advise. Feeling pretty sick ATM.

Re: Network trojan
@Debbiej87 I'm not sure who you spoke to but to be honest I woulkd never let anyone dowlonad any remote access software.
It's extremely unlikely your network I.E Sky broadband has a trojan.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
