Network setup is not working

No network connection

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same issue. Something has changed over the last couple of days. 
online help is completely useless.

@Russ1106 if you want help from the forum you would nedd to give more information on what errors you are seeing. However it is worth rebooting your hub if you have not done so already.

Hi, rebooted and

 

1) broadband was always working so was getting Sky in Lounge but NO APPS. Still no APPS

 

2) Q Box in bedroom not working so NO SKY or APPS

 

Still no Network Connection? Will try calling SKY tomorrow
