Network set up

I have a new white Sky Q router but it keeps cutting dropping from the internet. I go to Network Set Up, do the set up eg press WOS button on router but it will not connect. I have switched off everything and restarted. Getting fed up as cannotnaccess apps via TV. It was not a problem with the black / old Sky Q box

@MJG1968  There is no White Sky Q hub, what you have is the Sky Max hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
