Internet keeps stalling when watching tv. Also mobile, alexa and separate tv keep losing connection. I have spoken to someone but we keep getting cut off
@Susanlarkman1 Are you getting cut off using your landline calling to sky? If so you may need to try calling them another way, what do you see when you look at the sky hub lights! See the link below about that especially if your landline plugs into the back off the sky Hub!
