Network keeps dropping out (churning)

Why for the past two weeks has the WiFi signal been bad in Huddersfield it is unable to support sky Q apps, iPad and two mobile phone ( one on sky mobile) we keep losing connection and we are paying for Gigafast broadband, when checked the broadband speed is always adiqiate, it is impossible to check when there is a problem happening as it's in and out all the time
