Network issue

We have our broadband installed yesterday morning.

its currently turned out but we aren't getting any service from it.

We have received a message today to say it needs extensive work doing to it (externally).

we have since been told in the next 10 days.

 

however, with a child who needs the internet for her homework, we will need it to be a lot quicker than the 10 days stated!

As harsh as this might sound your personal situation doesn't come into it as the external work will be carried out by third party contractors so if 10 days is the timescale you have been given then this is what you are looking at.
