Network has security

Hello Community, you'd think for the price we'd get immediate access to  customer services, but no. I hope someone can Explain, I've no WiFi

Says my The network that you’re trying to join has security issues.

For example, the login page might not belong to the organisation shown.

Continue anyway via browser

What does this mean?

@Shenaling are you trying to access the web page gor a Sky hub at 192.168.0.1 ? If so the warning is a false alarm as the page you want is not on the internet where contacting insecure site can cause issues but rather on your home network which is protected and preents no appreciable risk. The hub's home page does not have a signed security certifucate which is why your browser is complaining.

In practice if you have no "WiF" you should not need to access that page unless you need to change a setting. The lights on the hub can tell you irs status as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Does paying between £1 and £2 a day get immediate access to anything?

The wait in a coffee shop is longer than that for a cup costing twice as much.

As @Chrisee indicates, if your internet connection itself isn't working (typically because of an external circuit failure) then any such browser messages are typically either misleading or irrelevant because they are being affected by the outage itself.
