Network error MR102 displaying

My sky mini box in another room shows error MR102. 
cannot receive Sky tv on that tv set

I am having the same problem and cant seem  to find a solution

Hi, I phoned the following  number and some lady talked me through all the things to try , and after half an hour we got there . I had to reset the button  on the side of the router to eventually  get second tv on multiscreen  working g.

Phew !

@Barry+Larmer Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

reboot the mini box
