Network down

Trying to watch Netflix my tv tells me I have no network connection. Yet my hub has the white light on and I am able to use the internet. I ran a check on your website and got told you could access my hub and devices set up ok. Confused!

@MsS3

If your other devices are working then have you tried turning off then back on again your TV, if this doesn't fix it then try the same with your broadband hub.

Re: Network down

When I first go into the network menu it says not connected under wi fi connection. So I click on that and the next level menu shows ON with a green indicator next to it showing that wi fi is on. I scroll down to my hub name and get asked to enter the password which I do. It then says unable to connect to internet.

Re: Network down

@MsS3 You may have to see what the sky Max hub is set at in the advanced section using your app but the link is below, WPA2-PSK will be the best mode for your TV.

Sky Max change settings link.

Re: Network down

@MsS3 You may also have to stop the 5Ghz band as a measure to get the TV to connect to the sky Hub assuming that it is close enough and does have a good signal, once you get the TV connected then you can turn the 5Ghz band back on, TV should be able to maintain the connection! same area of the link explains that also!
