Network connection

Just had sky city fibre fitted,I don't have sky TV only WiFi,my TV had connection before now it's saying check network connection

@Sharonbrennan Have you connected the TV up or do you still have the same sky Hub but now the TV is not reaching the signal if your sky Hub moved etc, you do not say!
