Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Roberthulley donyou mean your Sky hub has lost its connection to the exchange? If so run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobike connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesn't call Sky to report the fault.
