Network connection

Hi 

My sky q is saying, there is a problem with your network connection and I need a sky q booster? This was due to be included iny monthly direct debit however I was paying more than I was quoted at 73.00 and now this booster has stopped working 

Please advise

Do you mean you already have a booster and its stopped working or you dont yet have a booster from Sky.
