Network connection problems

Hi.ive just had a new hub a couple of days ago.ive got Internet connection on my phone.but no network connection on my sky TV?.I've tried network set up and followed all instructions. Says I may need a booster ??? 

I never had any problems with my last hub.

Please help.thank you.

@Lyndy3  Have yo umoved to a white broadband hub from a black one for your broadband?
