Network connection not working through wifi.

I have unplugged and reset everything on numerous occasions but my Q Box will not connect to the wifi at all, our mobiles connect to wifi, but the Q Box and mini box will not.

@DEXTER78 if you have a white Sky hub connect the main Q box to it by entering the password - the non-Sky method - rather than using wps. Any Q minis must be conected using wps to the main Q box NOT the hub. If the main Q box is too far from the hub to connect it maybe possible to connect to a single Q mini using the same method by entering tge password but all other Q boxes including the main Q box have to be connected to that Q mini by wps.
