Network connection issue

I am getting the error 'it looks like you do not have internet connection right now. If you're already set-up we'll keep trying to connect' despite the internet/wifi working correctly. Can watch live tv and recordings but am unable to access any apps or catch up etc. Have tried rebooting several times and followed the steps (WPS etc) to try reconnect the network connection but nothing has worked. This has been ongoing since yesterday evening.
