Broadband not working

Hi there, My mum's sky internet is not working. When we troubleshoot it says that there is a problem with the broadband. It says there are no problems in the area. The hub has the power light on and WiFi light is on but no Internet light. We have followed all the troubleshooting advice like switching it on and off and checking wires but it has not helped. I can't seem to be able to talk to anyone as when you phone you are just directed to being back online.
