Currently, I cannot watch anything on demand or download any programme as my network connection stays mostly off, but blinks on for a moment once a minute. This is only been going on a couple of weeks but he's very annoying. I have turned everything off and on again, several times. I've also restarted the Wi-Fi several times, it make any difference. Does anybody have any ideas how this can be fixed?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
